Usage
Limit the amount of "WILOTEKT-Bewehrungseinlage" internal reinforcement layer to the correct quantity in respect of changes in the weather and the "WILOTEKT-Polymerbitumen-Dachdichtungsbahn" polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing sheet layer. With wind currents it is possible to affix the internal reinforcement layer "in a few places only" (skilled installation work .... sticking!), with some "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumen" polymer-modified unfilled bitumen for anchorage.
5. "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumen" polymer-modified unfilled bitumen ETA-03/0049/ CE for the first layer (cf. 6.a) at a ratio of approx. 3 kg/m2 (minimum quantity of "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumen" 2,5 kg/m2to be poured over entire surface (cf. 6.b) in conjunction with
6. "WILOTEKT-Polymerbitumen-Dachdichtungsbahn" polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing sheet layer (Annex A2/ A1 to ETA-03/0049 / CE) as the second layer with overlapping joints of 10 cm on the "WILOTEKT-Bewehrungseinlage" internal reinforcement layer.
a) Melt the "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumen" polymer-modified unfilled bitumen in a normal (without agitator) thermostatically-controlled boiler (also manual thermometer) . As above, the temperature must not exceed approx. 200 degrees C.
The optimum temperature to be maintained when using the "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumens" ist between 160 and 180 degrees C.
b) The pouring action (air temperature should not be below 5 degrees C) use to apply the "WILOTEKT-Elastomerbitumen" polymer-modified unfilled Bitumen and the "WILOTEKT-Polymerbitumen-Dachdichtungsbahn" polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing sheet on the dry concrete surface (overlapping the joints of the "red" "WILOTEKT-Bewehrungseinlage" internal reinforcement layer) causes the internal reinforcement layer to rise, as shown in the diagram below:
